Ann grew up in the real estate industry, her father was the Broker of Overholser Realty in Springfield, OH. Ann learned the in's and out's of real estate at an early age. Ann has now been in the business for 13 years and counting! Blake is Ann's son and has watched his mom work in real estate since he was 10 years old. Blake has learned a lot from his mom over the years and after graduating from NKU in 2018, decided he wanted to get into the real estate business. Blake's motivation has allowed him to excel as a realtor at a young age. Ann and Blake love working as a team and helping people achieve their dreams of owning a home!
